Police in London have confirmed this afternoon that two children who reported missing in the early hours of this morning have been found safe and well.
The news comes after a nationwide appeal for was issued in the early hours of this morning when police discovered the children were missing following a search of their home.
However thankfully the two children named Tiffarah Paul-Wright and Aiale Paul-Wright who were left home alone on Monday night in the Islington area of North London, were brought to an East London police station by a relative earlier today.
It is believed the two young children were left home after their mother was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment at around midnight on Monday.
Police say the children are now currently under the care of officers and no arrests have been made.
