Two Tube stations, a nightclub, and several adjacent buildings in London had to be evacuated due to the discovery of a gas leak overnight.
Waterloo and Charing Cross stations were shut and Heaven nightclub had to be urgently evacuated during the incident. About 1,450 had to be moved to safety.
Emergency services were soon at the scene, trying to locate the source of the leak.
