There are widespread concerns amongst those in the motor industry who have heavily criticised motor insurance companies for their continuing premium hikes.
The criticism comes as a number of Insurance companies are said to be clamping down on the types of drivers and cars that they are willing to provide cover for.
Many believe that this has had an adverse effect on the motor industry and the Irish public given the fact that price of running a vehicle has become unmanageable.
A recent report also found that insurance premiums have gone up by more than 70% since 2013.
