Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has called for improved communication on migration and the asylum system in Ireland, reports RTE.
He made these remarks following a fire at a hotel in Galway that was supposed to accommodate asylum seekers.
The hotel had been unused for several years and an investigation is now underway to determine the cause of the fire.
Mr Varadkar emphasized that migration in Ireland is conducted according to regulations and that it is important for the government to transparently inform the public about this process, reports RTE.
