Up to 400,000 commuters are facing a miserable rush hour this morning, as Dublin Bus vehicles all lay idle at their depots for a fourth time.
And the prospects are not good, as unions confirmed yesterday that drivers have plans to strike for a further 13 days in the coming weeks.
Commuters and businesses have all been hit hard by the strike, which is taking a heavy financial toll, and likely to get worse.
Drivers are seeking a 15% pay rise, which management at Dublin Bus say it’s not realistic.
The row continues.
