The Cork lads really did pull like a dog to get this victory.
Brothers Gary and Paul O’Donovan won their gold medals at the World Rowing Championships in the men’s lightweight double sculls yesterday.
The boys are celebrating after the took the lead with 500m ot the 2000m course to go. They finished easily in front of the Italian team in the second place.
The Italians did well initially but were passed for good by the half way point. The Skibberean boys then crusied home to victory.
