June 7th is when the municipal and European elections will take place, reports Breaking News.
While Taoiseach Leo Varadkar declined to disclose the date of the next general election, he did reveal the polling date on Thursday.
“No time soon, anyway” was his response to reporters’ questions about the date of the upcoming general election, reports Breaking News.
His remarks follow the Government’s two crushing losses in the referendum results from last week.
Speaking in Washington DC, Mr Varadkar added: “The next
elections will be the local and European elections and the Limerick mayor elections on the seventh of June. No date in mind for the general election,” reports Breaking News.
