In response to the Republican, South Dakota Governor’s issuing of two executive orders banning transgender biological males from competing in female high school and college sports, CNN called the executive orders “transphobic”.

CNN reported Deven Cole went full woke stating that “it’s not possible to know a person’s gender identity at birth, and there is no consensus criteria for assigning sex at birth” according to RT.

The “intersex” argument is ofter rolled out by trans activists but only 0.018% of all births are intersex.
