According to Budapest Times, last week, Hungary passed an anti-paedophilia bill into law.
The item that is getting all the attention is the article about sex education in schools. Hungarians have banned content aimed at changing gender, pornographic content or promoting homosexuality to children.
However, they have also changed the penal code regarding paedophiles.
A new online, searchable register of paedophile offenders will be put in place.
Paedophiles will be banned from working in schoolshealthcare facilities, leisure related jobs on beaches, amusement parks, zoos and sports associations.
A minimum 20 year jail term without parole for anyone convicted of child pornography.
