Migrants on Mount Street are now being told that there’s no accommodation available

There isn’t any lodging available for the over 100 International Protection applicants who congregated outside the International Protection Accommodation Services (IPAS) office on Mount Street in Dublin, reports RTE.

Since early this morning, a few of them had been waiting in queue to see if they will be allowed.

IPAS sent letters to the attendees informing them that no more offers of lodging will be made at this time owing to the paucity of available space.

The message also stated that their information has been recorded and that, if accommodations are needed, offers would be sent to them via email, reports RTE.
