Free speech activist Peter Casey has thanked his supporters who’ve already gone out and voted for him. There’s about an hour and a half left to vote and his supporters have urged people to vote.
Peter’s supporters on social media have urged people to “not leave it to chance” and get out and vote before 10pm.
Exit polls are expected to be released at 10pm. We’ll have them immediately.
Peter’s supporters say that if you want to Higgins out and Casey in then you need to get out and vote Peter Casey number one.
They also said that if people want to send a message to the government they need to vote No in the blasphemy referendum.
