Well-known actress Carrie Fisher, who played Princess Leia in 1977’s sci-fi classic Star Wars, is in hospital this evening after suffering a heart attack during a flight from London to Los Angeles.
It is understood that the 60-year-old actress was given CPR on board and then transferred to a hospital.
Her current condition is unknown.
