Sometimes people do things that down right annoy us, but sometimes people do good things that truly astound and amaze us and that is more none more so for one gentleman who happened to be homeless, who kindly went out of his way to help 21 year old woman who was in desperate need of help.

The true gent named Mark has become a viral sensation in recent days after he came to the rescue of he young woman named Nicole Sedgebeer, after she missed the last train home from London to Euston. The young woman who was clearly stranded and didn’t know London well was kept safe from would be attackers when Mark stepped in and went to extraordinary lengths to make sure was not wandering the streets alone.

The down on his luck good Samaritan made sure that Nicole would not be left alone by coming to her aid and walked her to a near by all-night cafe where she could stay safely until the following morning. The kind hearted soul even went a step further and promised to return the following morning and walk her back to the train station, so that she would not get lost.

The remarkable and heartwarming story came to light recently after Nicole took to Facebook to share the story in the hope that people would think twice before ignoring someone living on the streets.

A grateful Nicole wrote: “I hope this story makes people look twice when they see a homeless person. “Last night I missed my last train home and when I finally got to Euston to wait till the morning, the station was locked. “Just as I was about to burst into drunken tears I met my homeless friend Mark. He said he would take me to a cafe that was open as it was too dangerous to walk by myself.

“He left me after a coffee and a chat and explained that he had to go get his sleeping bag but he would be back at 5 to walk me back to the station. (Me being a typical bitch didn’t believe he would come back).

“It got past 5 and he was a no show. “As I got round the corner my homeless friend Mark was running down the street towards me. “Not only did he turn up but he had to get a bus to come get me. “This man who I probably would of avoided eye contact with if he asked for spare change, completely changed such a negative event into the most eye opening event in my life.

“Mark you are one special man, I will never look down on a homeless person again <3"This was also his first ever selfie!"What a true Gentleman! It really does show that there are still good hearted and kind people out there.
