Gardaí say there will be a number of temporary road traffic restrictions put in place over the next three days as Britain’s Prince William and his wife Kate will arrive on a State visit.
The couple who arrive later today are expected to visit Aras an Uachtarain, The Garden of Remembrance, Government Buildings and the Guinness Store House today.
Whilst on Wednesday the couple will visit Temple Bar, Prosperous in Co Kildare, Grange in Co Meath and Howth, Co Dublin.
They will then finnish their trip Thursday with a visit to Galway City.
It’s understood that the Royal visit will cost the Irish taxpayer up to €1 million for garda security.
