Lego pulls advertising for sets of police, firefighters and the White House from stores, donating $4m to black children




Lego toymakers have asked retailers to remove some of its play figures from stores, including those of police, fire fighters and the White House following the death of George Floyd while in Minneapolis police custody and the subsequent protests and riots.

The corporation jumped on the virtue signalling bandwagon tweeting:
“We stand with the black community against racism and inequality.
There is much to do.
We will donate $4 million to organisations dedicated to supporting black children and educating all children about racial equality.”

Numerous companies, corporations, even British television channels have taken this opportunity with the BBC regularly reminding its viewers how much is supports its black employees and black people in general.

The ceaseless pandering and even Police kneeling before Black Lives Matter protestors has not stopped violence however which continues to break out sporadically in numerous US cities with indications it may well spread to cities in Europe.
