The row that is obviously going on between Leo Varadkar and Tony Holohan appears to be rumbling on with Varadkar coming under attack from the mainstream media and opposition, including Sinn Fein, over his comments about Holohan.
Many people are saying that Varadkar was right while others say that Holohan’s Level 5 suggestions should have been invoked.
It appears as though we’re not all in this together as what spouted by the government for so long up until now.
The very first day that Dr Tony Holohan came back to the helm of the coronavirus pandemic in Ireland, Level 5 was suggested for the entire country.
However, in what can only be described as an outburst. The former Taoiseach and current Tanaiste Leo Varadkar was interviewed on Monday night’s Claire Byrne Live show.
Varadkar appeared to go very hard after the Chief Medical Officer Tony Holohan by completely disagreeing with him on many subjects.
He gave the impression that there had been a major row between Holohan, NPHET and the government. Watch the footage below:
